This fantastic house, for eight people, is tastefully decorated with an eye to quality. It has all the comforts: air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi and satellite TV. The outdoor spaces consist of several furnished terraces, one of them with a barbecue, a large garden with a wide variety of plants and a large pool surrounded by a terrace and deck-chairs.
The house has four bright double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, several lounges, a large living-dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, a bathroom and toilet.
This spectacular property is located on the outskirts of Inca, a town located in the heart of Mallorca. In Inca you can enjoy all possible amenities, such as many shops with local products, large supermarkets, restaurants with local cuisine, banks, etc. Historically, Inca is a town known for its tradition of high-quality leather manufacture. You can visit many factories and local shops specializing in this type of product as well as the Museum of Footwear and Leather or the Fàbrica Ramis, an old leather factory that has been renovated and converted into a cultural centre. Inca has good communications with the whole island by train and by bus. It is just a 20-minute drive from Palma and a 15-minute drive from the bay of Alcúdia and its spectacular sandy beaches of Platja de Muro and Platja d’Alcúdia. Inca is a great starting point from which to explore the island.
