Experience the peace of the Menorcan countryside in this renovated rustic single-story house, just 9km from Cala Galdana. Relax in the beautiful garden with a pool and BBQ. Features a full kitchen, 2 bathrooms with baths (1 en-suite), and 3 bedrooms (2 with A/C).

We recommend the excursion to the Barranc d`Algendar. The Barranc d`Algendar is the largest and most important ravine in Minorca and runs from Ferrerias to the beach of Cala Galdana. This ravine has spectacular vertical walls, which in some points of the ravine are more than 80 metres high. The peculiarity of this ravine is the presence of water all year round, including the summer season. In fact, the whole ravine has been formed thanks to the erosion of the river of water that runs along the bottom.

No security deposit is required; however, you have the option to purchase coverage for potential property damage. If you choose not to, Airbnb mediation will apply in case of any damage.
All hosts of certified legal tourism rentals in the baleares have the duty to collect the tourism tax from the guests for the government (2,2€ per adult/night with reduced rate after 9th night) this tax is not included in the rental price. Guests are hereby informed that hosts are duly authorized to collect the tourist tax through means external to the platform used to make the reservation. Couldn't of asked for much more from our first trip to Menorca. Wonderful weather and a good central base to explore from.
The villa offers plenty of space (we were only a group of 4), for larger groups to spread out and not be tripping over each other. The garden and pool are a fantastic asset and ...

het enige minpuntje dat we konden vinden is dat het huis bij aankomst muf en naar vocht rook, maar waarschijnlijk waren wij de eerste huurders, maar verder was het een mooi huis en schitterende omgeving en wat is Menorca een mooi en groen eiland
