If you are looking for a small modern apartment that is within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and overlooking the sea, the Vista Amer apartment is what you are looking for. The long sandy beach of Cala Millor is just a few steps away, it is enough to cross the promenade that separates the apartment and the beach. The apartment is ideal for 2 people or a small family with a maximum of 1 child and 1 baby.
It is located on the fifth floor of an apartment building and has a bedroom and a bathroom.
From the balcony, which has a direct view of the sea, its you can enjoy spectacular sunrises.
The apartment has air conditioning, although it is not normally necessary since the fresh sea breeze is usually enough to acclimatize the house. On the ground floor of the building there is a small supermarket in addition to many other stores that are in the area where they can buy everything they need. At a distance of approximately 75 meters there is also a 24-hour medical center and a pharmacy.

Very good
