Beautiful house located in Betlem, a seaside village.
This house is part of a community complex.
A house that combines traditional and modern, it consists of 2 floors with a garden and its barbecue where you can enjoy the beautiful views of its surroundings, mountainous landscapes and from its upper terrace you can appreciate the sea views. The first floor has the kitchen, a large dining room with integrated living room, a bathroom with shower, laundry room and a spacious terrace with access to the garden.
On the first floor there are 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, one double and one twin (2 single beds) with a full bathroom shared by both rooms.
This beautiful house, tastefully decorated, full of life with its handicrafts and decorations, also has a swimming pool which is part of the community complex. Air conditioner available 24 hours IMPORTANT In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest over 16 years of age. Per day and person, the tax is from 1 November to 30 April: 0,55 euros and from 1 May to 31 October: 2,20 euros. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half.
The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash.
Payment is compulsory. Smoking is allowed outdoors Pool towels and a welcome basket are provided with every booking.
We provide all the information about the area (bars, restaurants, beaches, places of interest...) in an online guide so that you can make the most of your holiday. 24h availability for any kind of questions and assistance. This chalet can accommodate babies.
Cot and high chair included on request at no extra cost. Please inform us a few days before your arrival about your expected time of arrival (flight/boat number if applicable) to arrange together the handover of the keys. VAT and final cleaning included.

The place directly between the sea and the mountains is something very special on Mallorca with its location. Nature lovers will find great hiking trails with breathtaking views in the large Llevant nature reserve, directly behind the village. Of course, the village also has a bakery that is open all year round, as well as cafés and restaurants.
Further shopping facilities such as supermarkets, a pharmacy and a variety of restaurants can be found in the next village, Colonia de Sant Pere, which is about 4 km away.

Es ist ein schönes Haus mit großer Terrasse. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Weg zum Meer ist kurz und befindet sich in einem angenehm ruhigen Ort.
Im April kann es im Haus abends noch recht kalt werden.

War schön für sich gelegen und ruhige Nachbarschaft. Großer Garten.
Check out war schon um 10 und konnte kurzfristig nicht verlängert werden.
