The rustic natural stone walls give the house a very special atmosphere.
This charming and authentic holiday home is comfortably and very tastefully furnished.
Upon entering, you will find a cozy living room with a cast-iron stove, which provides pleasant warmth on cooler days.
Through an open archway, you enter a bright, spacious, and inviting dining room.
To the left is the fully equipped kitchen.
A wooden staircase leads from a double bedroom to an open gallery with two additional single beds.
This means that four people can enjoy a restful night's sleep in this bedroom.
Opposite is the bathroom with a shower.
Another bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom completes the main house.
The third bedroom with an en-suite bathroom is located in the annex with a separate entrance. From the dining room and the kitchen, you have access to the courtyard with the slightly elevated pool area.
The beautiful, partially covered courtyard, the Mallorcan porch, is equipped with a barbecue, and the furnished dining area invites you to enjoy culinary delights and barbecues.
In front of the house is a large yard, ideal for children to play in. Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms with fixed and limited operating hours. Casa Petita is located in the picturesque village of Es Llombards, which offers several cafes, a supermarket, and bar-restaurants.
The small market town of Santanyí is only 3 km away and features a typical market, numerous shops, and other shopping opportunities.
Excursions to the beautiful sandy beaches of southeastern Mallorca, such as the picturesque coves of Cala Mondragó and S’Amarador, are easily accessible.
The stunning natural beach of Cala Llombards and the bathing cove of Cala Santanyí are just a 5-minute drive away.
The famous long sandy beach of Es Trenc is only a 10-minute drive away.
