This beautiful penthouse is located in a resort complex with a large communal pool and wonderful Mediterranean gardens.
From there, you can easily reach several of the most beautiful coves on Mallorca’s east coast: Cala Anguila, Cala Mendía, and Cala Romantíca.
All of them offer beach chair and umbrella rentals, showers, and restaurants right on the beach.
Specifically in the Cala Mendía area (about 500 m away), you’ll find restaurants, bars, a bank, a pharmacy, a bakery, supermarkets, car rentals, and a bus stop connecting to nearby towns.
The nearest town is Porto Cristo, located 3 km away. There you’ll find all the services typical of a city, including a hospital.
From its marina, you can book boat tours or rent your own boat.
Right next to the complex where this penthouse is located are the famous “Caves of Drach”—a must-see for their spectacular beauty.
12 km away is the town of Manacor, birthplace of the famous tennis player Rafael Nadal, where his museum and high-performance training center are located.

Absolutely nothing to complain. A beautiful garden and pool. Everything was clean. We enjoyed every evening on the terrace of the penthouse with a nice view down to the lightened pool.You have to know that the beach is 5-10 Minutes to go. But this was never a problem for us.Thanks to Joana and James...

Excellent 2nd floor apartment with large balcony. Very warm shared pool. About 10 minutes walk from beach, shops and a few restaurant. 5 minute drive to Porto Cristo.Highly recommended.
