The main tenant must be at least 25 years old.
The holiday accommodation booked is exclusively for holiday use. It is absolutely forbidden to organize loud parties or other activities that violate the law or may disturb the neighbors. Failure to comply with this rule may result in penalties for guests ranging from €5,000.00 to €300,000.00 (for professionally organized events).
A security deposit of €500 is payable in cash to the owner upon arrival. The deposit will be refunded by the owner upon departure once the house has been handed over in perfect condition.
In addition, all travelers aged 16 and over are charged the Ecotasa. It is €2.00 per night per person for the first 8 nights, then €1.00 (plus 10% VAT).
