The modernly decorated house has a large, elegant, open-plan living room with a fireplace and large windows with direct access to the covered porch, and a large, fully equipped kitchen.
5 bedrooms (4 on the ground floor and the master bedroom on the upper floor), has 2 bathrooms - one of them en-suite There is also another bathroom with shower in the garage.
Outside, with a large garden and lawn, there is the swimming pool, with views of the sea and the sandy beach, all equipped with terrace furniture, sunbeds and parasols, in an atmosphere of relaxation, beach and seafront, which invites you to rest and enjoy unforgettable evenings 'al fresco'.
For golf fans, four different golf courses are just a few minutes away by car, the house being the closest one just 1 km from the Costa de los Pinos golf course -Son Servera-, and 3 km from Pula Golf, 10 km from Canyamel and 11.5 km from Capdepera.
As a place of leisure, without doubt, Cala Millor and Sa Coma are about 10 minutes away by car.
There is also the Port of Cala Bona, an old small fishing port and now mostly for pleasure boats, which is about 5 minutes away by car from the house. Note: Tourist tax to be paid on arrival.

Wegen der nachträglichen Preiserhöhung haben wir ein anders tolles Haus gebucht. Das ist übrigens schon das zweite Mal das uns das bei diesem Objekt passiert. Unsere feste Buchung wurde vor 5 Jahren sogar vom Vermieter nachträglich zugunsten eines anderen Mieters storniert- absolut unterirdisch
