Cas Home is a charming country house with a swimming pool and tennis court in a privileged natural setting.
This cosy stone-clad rural home, full of Mallorcan character, is located in a peaceful area with beautiful views of the countryside and the mountains, just a few steps from the picturesque village of Búger.
Known for its traditional atmosphere and slow-paced lifestyle, Búger offers small local shops, charming cafés, and an ideal setting to experience the authentic Mallorca. The property is laid out over two floors.
On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living-dining area with exposed wooden beams, a fully equipped independent kitchen with modern appliances, and direct access to the terrace.
The upper floor features three double bedrooms —two with double beds and one with twin beds— as well as two full bathrooms with bathtubs.
The entire house is equipped with hot/cold air conditioning and WiFi to ensure a comfortable stay all year round. Outdoors, the finca provides everything needed to make the most of the Mediterranean climate: a large barbecue area with outdoor dining space, garden furniture, a generous 12x6 m swimming pool surrounded by lawn, a private tennis court with rackets available, and an additional area perfect for playing football or for children to run around and enjoy the open air. The location is unbeatable.
In just 10–15 minutes by car, you can reach the wonderful beaches of Puerto de Alcúdia and Puerto de Pollença, two of the most highly rated coastal destinations in the north of the island.
The historic town of Pollença is also very close, famous for its cultural atmosphere, charming old town, and hiking routes, as well as Alcúdia, known for its medieval walls, marina, and extensive selection of restaurants and leisure options. The village of Búger, just 500 metres away, allows you to walk to essential services and enjoy local life in a completely relaxed environment. Lovely outdoor area with great tennis court, very nice pool and lovely garden. However the house itself was under equipped especially the kitchen. There were no basic items left for us when we arrived to use and we needed to buy many basic things including kitchen cloths to wipe the benches, salt an...
