The property enjoys the countryside environment while offering panoramic views by the village of Sant Joan, just a few minutes walk from the village.
All the house comprises on the groundfloor with large living room with direct access to the porch and terraces, magnificent designer kitchen with office-dining room with large windows that open directly onto the terrace and the infinity pool (4x12m) area.
It has three bedrooms all with direct access to the pool area: The master-suite with 1,50 x 1,90 bed, dressing room, and beautiful en-suite bathroom with jets-shower.
A double room with separate beds 90 x 1,90 cm. and the other one double room with two pull-out bed 90 x 190cm.
Both share a bathroom with bath-tub.
Upstairs currently has a large common room with several games, ping pong table, TV, stereo and panoramic views to the village and the pool.
Equipped with internet access, TV SAT, and heating. Outside with nice terraces along the front with barbecue specific area on the same porch and adjoin the kitchen. The surroundings are very pleasant and quiet always predominate overlooking the village of Sant Joan and the rear of the house is located the 'Cami de Consolació' and its forest setting. Note: Tourist tax to be paid on arrival.

We hebben genoten tijdens ons verblijf. Het huis beschikt over een heerlijk groot zwembad. Dagelijks hebben we hier gebruikt van gemaakt. Elke avond hebben getafeltennist. Insgesamt schönes, sauberes Haus . Sehr liebe Besitzer ( auch immer zu erreichen) Einzig die Couch im Wohnzimmer sollte ersetzt werden und das Bett im Masterbedroom ist nur ein Queensize mit 1,50 Breite, leider keine 1,80 m breit. Ansonsten alles supi.
