This spacious and classic style house is located in a family area ideal for a quiet holiday by the sea.
Perfectly equipped, the house also has a large terrace overlooking the lake and a garden where you can enjoy the magnificent weather that the island offers. Apart from its proximity to the beach, the accommodation is very close to restaurants and shops as well as the emblematic tourist areas of Port de Alcúdia and Can Picafort. Air conditioning: - The house has ceiling fans in all bedrooms to keep the room cooler. Costs to be paid at destination not included in the price: - Tourism Tax (mandatory) - Cleaning 150 euros/reservation Notes: - The information of all guests (name, surname, gender, date of birth, passport number/id number, date of issue and nationality) must be provided before the check-in day through our platform. - The maximum occupancy of the house, including children and babies, must be 8 people. - Upon departure, it is prohibited to leave garbage inside or outside the property.
In case of non-compliance, the amount of 60 euros will be withheld from the deposit.
