Es Lledoner 3, very quiet and beautifully situated property, Ideal for families:
'Es Lledoner' Old 'Possesió' restored, with two houses, one larger Principal and the other separate right next to it, both with their characteristic and authentic Mallorcan country air of yesteryear, with their thick stone walls.
On the estate there are two properties, the house'Lledoner 3' is a typical Majorcan country house distributed on one floor, consisting of a living room, kitchen open to the living room with dining area, two double bedrooms, with double bed and with bathroom en suite. Outside there is a furnished porch and a Balinese bed.
The other houseref: 4338A 'Es Lledoner 2' is a rural house distributed on one floor, consisting of a living room, kitchen open to the living room with dining room, three bedrooms, one with double bed and bathroom en suite, the other two one with double bed with canopy, and the third room with a bed.
Both houses are separated by the typical traditional Mallorcan 'dry walled' stone-wall.
The two houses have a furnished porch, and share the garden areas, where there is a large 10x5 pool surrounded by a solarium terrace with sunbeds and parasols, a covered barbecue with a childrens' area right next to it, as well as a children's area with swings, a ping pong table, and a woodland area. Outside there is covered parking for 4 cars and an outdoor area for another 4 cars.
Both houses are equipped with Wifi internet, SAT TV, microwave, dishwasher, hairdryer, fans, board games, table tennis, table football, mobile barbecues x2 and outdoor kitchen with barbecue, Balinese beds, swings for children, hammock, 10 sunbeds ....
Ideal for families of friends who want to have privacy and at the same time enjoy evenings together. They can be rented together or separately. The owners of the house also live on the property, but the swimming pool and communal areas are for the exclusive use of guests only.
The beach of Porto Colom is only 15 minutes away by car approximately.

Der Aufenthalt war einfach perfekt. Es war sehr sauber und das Haus wirklich gut ausgestattet, so dass es an nichts fehlte.Der Aussenbereich ist schön gestaltet und auch hier ist die Ausstattung top und gut durchdacht. Es mangelt an gar nichts!Wir kommen definitiv wieder...
