Sa Torre Voramar, Wonderful Villa with swimming pool on the Sea front line:
A wonderful single-family villa located in a privileged enclave from where you can see the Bay of Palma and a large part of the Tramuntana Mountains, in the 'Sa Torre' urbanisation in the municipality of Llucmajor.
The house is located on the edge of a cliff, which can be accessed by a track leading to the sea, where the turquoise waters are characteristic of this area, perfect for snorkelling.
On the opposite side of the house ''Sa Torre Voramar'', just 2 kilometres away, there is the golf course 'Golf Maioris',as well as basic services such as supermarkets, chemist, restaurants, etc. The house is distributed all in one floor in a very practical way, with wide spaces from the entrance-hall from where you can already enjoy the views to the intense blue of the Mediterranean sea, and at the same time it distributes to the living room and the dining room, with wide windows with sea views. The house is very nice, and the outside area with pool and view are spectacular. We were disappointed that the fourth bedroom does not have A/C, despite their ad claiming it does.
