You will be staying in a spacious and bright 5-room house that has been partly renovated with practical and comfortable furnishings. The house is 170 square meters and located on the lower ground floor. The large living room features an open-hearth fireplace (for decoration only), digital TV with international channels, a flat screen, electric heating, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. There is an exit from the living room to the patio. Two large double bedrooms have panoramic windows, with each room containing one French bed (150 cm wide, 200 cm long), electric heating, and a fan. Another large double bedroom has two beds (90 cm wide, 190 cm long), electric heating, and a fan. The fourth bedroom is smaller, with a window onto the courtyard, one bed (90 cm wide, 190 cm long), electric heating, and a fan. The kitchen/living room includes an oven, dishwasher, three ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dining table and electric heating. There is an exit from the kitchen/living room to the patio and swimming pool. The house also has two showers and two toilets.
