**Seaside & Sunny Holiday Apartment with Large Terrace and Sea View**
This bright and modern holiday apartment is located in the sought-after holiday region of Cala Fornells-Paguera in the southwest of the island.
Enjoy a fantastic sea view from the terrace as well as from almost all rooms, overlooking the rooftops of the complex. The apartment offers an open, light-flooded living and dining area with an adjacent modern kitchen.
From the living room, floor-to-ceiling sliding doors lead to the spacious 35 m² terrace, which is partially covered, providing pleasant shade even on hot days.
Here you can relax on the sun loungers and enjoy the Mediterranean flair.
The sea view remains impressive through the complex buildings and lush vegetation.
Two separate dining areas in the covered section invite you to start your day with a cozy breakfast and end the evening in a relaxed atmosphere.

Cala Fornells is a quiet place directly adjacent to Paguera. The town center and beaches of Paguera are ideally reachable on foot and offer everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Along the promenade, you will find numerous shops, boutiques, as well as restaurants and cafés with international and local cuisine. You will also find many nice cafés and restaurants on the various beach promenades, offering views of the sea and the beach in front. Cala Fornells itself has a small beach cove with rather coarse gravel, which is also well-suited for swimming. A short distance away, you will also find space for sunbathing on large stone terraces. Through a small wooded area, you can reach further beautiful gravel coves with wonderfully clear water.

The views from the apartment and the quietness of the area. Very relaxing.
Being at the top of the hill and having to go down hundreds of steps or down a very steep road to get to main town and supermarkets. Very tiring coming back up carry shopping from the supermarket, especially in the heat.
This wasn’t made clear in the description.
