The villa boasts a large private pool surrounded by lawn, ideal for cooling off on hot summer days.
It also features an extensive garden area equipped for children, where they can enjoy games like table tennis, badminton, or pétanque.
Outdoors, a covered terrace, from which you can watch the little ones as they swim in the pool, invites you to enjoy unforgettable dinners with family and friends, prepared on the barbecue for your best BBQs. Indoors, everything revolves around comfort. You will find three comfortable bedrooms: two with double beds, one of which has an en-suite bathroom, and another with two single beds.
A spacious living-dining room equipped with comfortable sofas, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and an additional bathroom with a bathtub offer all the necessary comfort. The villa is located on a quiet street in the neighborhood, accessible only to the few residents in the area, ensuring privacy and tranquility.
Just a two-minute drive from the emblematic town of Pollensa, you can wander through historic cobblestone streets, visit its famous art galleries, and enjoy local gastronomy in the town square.
Ten minutes away by car are the beautiful beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia, where you can cool off in the crystal-clear waters or simply take a stroll at sunset along the long promenade and enjoy the sea views. Air conditioning is available from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Important information to consider: In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside of office hours.
New keys must be collected by the guest at our office. On the day of check-out, no garbage should be left at the property.
Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of €150 will be applied for waste management. Guest registration is legally required in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), so close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
