Multi-levelled terraces lead to a large pool area on the south side of the house. A spacious balcony runs along the front, where you can enjoy the sea views and relax with a book or a glass of fine Mallorcan wine. The pool, which can be reached via steps, is tiled with blue mosaic stones. As evening approaches, you will definitely want to fire up the barbecue for a hearty dinner. There is a car park right next to the house.

The interior exudes rustic charm and several windows offer breathtaking views. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom. Upstairs you will find a spacious living area with kitchen and dining area. The second bathroom is located in an annexe on the side of the house and is accessible via a separate entrance. In front of this annex there is a balcony with a marvellous view of the sea. The villa is equipped with heating, a fireplace and air conditioning for year-round comfort.

Please note that due to its location on a cliff, it may not be suitable for families with young children.
