The pool, adorned with blue mosaic tiles, and its stepped entry invite you to relax in the unique Mediterranean light. A brick-built barbecue is perfect for culinary adventures using ingredients from the local market. There are shaded parking spaces near the house.
Inside, the villa captivates with its minimalist design, which enhances the feel-good atmosphere. On the ground floor is a spacious living room with access to the terrace, two cosy sofas and a stylish fireplace for cooler evenings. Adjacent to the dining area is the fully equipped kitchen, which comfortably seats six adults and two children. On this level, there are three bedrooms and three bathrooms; on the upper floor, there is a fourth impressive bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Each bedroom is individually furnished, and the villa is equipped with air conditioning and heating to ensure comfort all year round.

Der Pool, der zweimal in der Woche gereinigt wurde sowie das große Grundstück.
Leider ging die Spülmaschine kaputt. Sie wurde aber schnell ersetzt und die Kommunikation darüber verlief super.
