Menorca Llonga is an attractive air-conditioned three bedroomed Villa sleeping up to 6 guests located in the exclusive residential area of Cala Llonga with views overlooking the port of Mahon. Menorca is perfect for lazy, relaxed beach holidays, enjoying a laid-back atmosphere; this is a great destination for families and beach lovers. Historic towns, pretty fishing villages and glorious sandy beaches enjoy a backdrop of stunning turquoise waters.
Set over two floors, this light and airy property seamlessly blend Mediterranean style with contemporary twists creating an attractive relaxing retreat perfect for sunny days and balmy nights. Set on a quiet residential street, this pretty white-washed house has floor-to-ceiling windows and is framed by colourful shrubs and a large covered outside terrace.
The open-style living and dining space offer a large tranquil space with white-washed walls and cool, sleek tiles, complimented by stylish furnishing in a neutral pallet. Kick back and relax in front of the large TV or simply sink into oversized sofas and chill. The dining space is clean and simple, with a modern white table and chairs where you can enjoy relaxed dinner parties. The open-style modern kitchen is well-equipped and offers plenty of storage. Chefs will delight in all the mod cons, including hob, eye-level oven and microwave and fridge freezer. There are also laundry facilities, including a washing machine.
Two of the villas' delightful bedrooms are conveniently located on the ground floor. The first bedroom is a large airy double with an en-suite bathroom, and Bedroom 2 is a lovely double bedroom that has the use of a separate bathroom; both bedrooms enjoy direct access to the fabulous Pool deck and terrace.
The pergola-style outside covered terrace is a lovely spot to enjoy shady lunches or feasts under the stars, and there are comfy recliners to enjoy the fabulous hilltop views towards the harbour. In front of the terrace is a beautiful, inviting pool and deck area with oversized sun loungers to relax in on long lazy sunny days.
The first floor of the property is reached via an external staircase and offers a lovely secluded space. There is a huge furnished terrace with absolutely stunning views of the harbour; this is the place for pre or post-dinner drinks and a chance to enjoy a sundowner or two. The large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom is cool and elegant, and contemporary in style and offers a further degree of privacy from the ground floor.

Menorca Llonga is located in Cala Llonga on Menorca’s southeast coast overlooking the north shore of Mahon Harbour. An exclusive, tranquil residential area only 10 minutes drive from the bustling capital Mahon. There is no real centre and only one seasonal supermarket, and the pace of life is slow. However, you are only 10 minutes away from all the shops and restaurants of the harbour/marina and can take a water taxi across to Mahon, Es Castell or Sa Mesquida beach.
The Marina is a two-mile strip and has several waterside bars and restaurants and is the perfect spot to people-watch and try traditional Menorcan cuisine. Mahon itself is built on a cliff overlooking the harbour and can be reached from the Marina by stairway or lift or the winding Costa de ses Voltes street. Colourful and lively, the historical centre is a maze of pretty pastel streets, charming squares and plazas with pavement cafes and restaurants and offers plenty of cultural delights and interesting shopping spots. For a taste of Spanish bustle, visit the Mahon Fish Market and eat like a local with a fantastic choice of fresh pintxos and tapas. The main town square (Esplanada) hosts a market on Tuesday and Saturday that includes a play area for children.
Only a short drive from the property is the lovely beach of Cala Mesquida. Here you can enjoy great walks along the coast, the water is crystal clear, and the wide sandy beach is clean and spacious. There are sunbeds and shades available and a lovely restaurant on the beach. There is a nudist section at the far end of the beach.
Slightly further afield, Es Castell is full of history and charm and has a wonderful atmosphere that attracts locals and tourists alike. The two fishing harbours provide wonderful waterside promenades for daytime or evening strolls, and there are fabulous picturesque bars and restaurants to visit. In summer, there are often additional night markets with artisan foods and handicrafts in various locations.
