Description of the accommodation

The finca with private pool is wonderfully situated in the middle of a Mallorcan vineyard on the outskirts of Santa
Maria. The village of Santa María is located to the north of the capital Palma de Mallorca and is an
ideal starting point for all directions of the island, as there is a nearby motorway connection from the farm. The house itself
offers approx. 160 m² of living space on the ground floor, a total of 4 double bedrooms (three of them with 2 beds),
each with single beds and one with a double bed, two of the single beds are 1.80 m long), three bathrooms
(two en-suite), all with their own air conditioning. Living room with satellite TV, WiFi internet and kitchenette with
dishwasher. From the living room you can access the covered terrace and the enchanting garden, which looks like a small forest and therefore
offers plenty of shade. Here, a few steps down, is the large private 10-foot saltwater pool.
mx 5 m with sun loungers and parasol... a dream place to quickly forget the stresses of everyday life. There is a
mobile barbecue and ample parking in front of the house. The owners' family produce their
own wine on this huge 26 hectare estate and you can purchase your own and take part in a guided tour and tasting
while you are on holiday here. The nearest supermarkets in Santa María or Marratxi are just a few
minutes away by car. For more extensive shopping you can reach the capital Palma in a few minutes (15 km). For
