The charming, rustic farmhouse "Es Caulls" near Muro offers the perfect country retreat in the heart of Mallorca. The property is ideal for families or couples and offers plenty of privacy and comfort.
The house sits on a large plot with palm, fruit and olive trees and has beautifully paved terraces for relaxing and dining. Enjoy a game of basketball before cooling off in the spacious pool surrounded by tall palm trees. The loungers around the pool are perfect for a long siesta in the sun. The outdoor kitchen offers an excellent view of the playing field and there is shaded parking right next to the house.
The interior exudes traditional Mallorcan charm with natural stone, round arches and rustic details such as brick sinks, tiled floors and dark wooden beams. This creates a great, authentic country house atmosphere that can be effortlessly combined with modern furnishings.
