A keen sense of style characterises both the exterior and the interior of the villa, which can best be described as modern and elegant, yet incredibly comfortable. Together with high-quality furniture, cream colours and natural tones conjure up a wonderful country house atmosphere. Spotlights set into the ceiling provide a pleasant light. Most of the rooms are located on the ground floor; there is only one further living room on the upper floor. On the ground floor you will find the entrance area, which welcomes you with a friendly "Hola", a bathroom, a small living room and the spacious, combined living and dining area with two cosy sofas. From here you can either watch TV or be enchanted by the open fire, while the chic dining table with comfortable wicker chairs invites you to enjoy long meals together. Speaking of eating: Right next door is the superbly equipped designer kitchen with a practical cooking island and bar stools. All four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, are furnished in a pleasantly understated style with carefully selected home accessories, making you feel right at home.
Outdoors
Tastefully designed in a traditional villa style, the house with brown wooden shutters is almost completely surrounded by paved terraces and numerous seating areas with shady parasols invite you to take a few well-earned breaks. If you want to enjoy every ray of sunshine, you can retreat to the spacious roof terrace and enjoy the view of the shimmering blue water in peace and quiet.
Not only the nearby sea is ideal for swimming and splashing around, but also the spacious, sloping pool, surrounded by impressively tall palm trees and fragrant lavender bushes: Thanks to the considerable length of the pool, it's a wonderful place to swim laps or simply relax on the lilo with a cocktail in hand.

Location & surroundings
Situated on a 1,200 m² plot in the exclusive Costa dels Pins development in the east of the island, Villa Luz del Sol, which translates as sunlight, is not only right by the sea, but also offers fantastic views of the green mountains on the other side.
Costa dels Pins, the settlement in which your holiday home is located, is considered a particularly popular and quite exclusive residential area on Mallorca. The village offers a beautiful landscape with many small bays and beautiful beaches, but also peace and relaxation away from the tourist crowds. You can reach the lively holiday resort of Cala Millor along the road that can be heard from the villa.
Beautiful house in a wonderful location: Villa Luz del Sol is only 60 metres as the crow flies from the shimmering Mediterranean Sea and the beach is just a few steps away. The quiet, exclusive settlement of Costa dels Pins in the east of Mallorca offers a wonderfully relaxed, natural atmosphere as well as a few nice cafés and restaurants. There are a total of four golf courses nearby and the pretty towns of Son Servera and Canyamel are just a few kilometres from your holiday home.
