The beautiful natural stone house on two spacious floors is not only situated in a charming hillside location, but also faces south and benefits from plenty of sun and a pleasant secluded location. It is not only surrounded by various covered and uncovered inviting terrace areas, but also entices with a further terrace on the upper floor and a huge, diversely landscaped plot. Part of the terrace area is equipped with a spray cooling system that cools the ambient temperature by around 10 degrees and keeps wasps away. You can stroll among fragrant rosemary and lavender bushes, small olive trees and palm trees, but there is also space for children to play on the lawns. For sports enthusiasts, there is an outdoor table tennis table, a pull-up bar and a boules court on the beach sand. Beautiful corners have been created here and there for relaxing, for example stylish sun loungers or a daybed with curtains that sway romantically in the wind - simply stunning!
