You enter the villa through a beautiful garden area until you reach the main door that leads to the entrance of the villa. You then enter the spacious living-dining room. The living-dining room is equipped with a table and chairs for all the guests, two sofas and a flat screen digital TV with satellite. From the living room we have direct access to the covered terrace which offers beautiful views over the pool and garden area and the barbecue area. This is a good place to relax and enjoy a glass of wine and the best company. Next to the living-dining room is the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and all the necessary kitchenware and utensils to satisfy all culinary needs.From the kitchen we have access both to the interior patio of the villa, a beautiful and typical Menorcan style place to relax, and also has access to the laundry room that has; washing machine, iron and ironing board for clothes.



On the other side of the villa is the hallway leading to the bedrooms on the first level. The first double bedroom has two single beds and is equipped with a good wardrobe. The next bedroom is also equipped with two single beds and a wardrobe. Next is the bathroom fully equipped with shower and hairdryer. Finally, the master bedroom, which consists of a double bed, a large wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. All the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.



On the upper level, you will find the other three double bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a large wardrobe and a full en suite bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer. This bedroom also has access to a large private balcony with beautiful views of the swimming pool and the island's countryside. Next, down the corridor, we find the second double bedroom, equipped with two single beds and a wardrobe. Next is the other bathroom, fully equipped with a walk-in shower. Next to it, there is another double bedroom with two single beds and a large wardrobe. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. On the other side of the villa is the living room and the small kitchen on the upper floor.

Villa Renate is located in the rural area of Binicalsitx, a quiet residential area in the Menorcan countryside. It is only a few kilometres from the resort of Cala Galdana and the town of Ferreries.



The Cala Galdana urbanisation is one of the best known and most prestigious in Menorca thanks to its impressive beach located in the middle of high cliffs that border it and protect it from the wind, its fine white sand, its crystalline waters and its shell shape make it a true paradise.



Cala Galdana is a beach that has all the necessary services such as lifeguards, sunbeds, boat hire, restaurants, etc. The beach is ideal for small children who do not know how to swim or are learning to swim as the sea does not cover the first 50 metres.The urbanization has a family atmosphere, very safe and quiet, in its commercial area there is a wide variety of shops, restaurants, supermarkets, bars, water and leisure activities such as boat rentals, vehicles, kayaks, horse riding, cycling etc.. It is located in the middle of a natural environment, ideal for walks, for example along the Barranc d'Aljendar ravine or walking along the Camí de Cavalls and discovering Cala Mitjana (20 min walk), the charming and unspoilt beach of Trebaluger (45 min) or Cala Macarella (35 min walk).

HOW TO GET THERE



From Mahón Airport or Port (35min)
1. Take the Carretera General (Me-1) towards Ferreries, at the height of this town, after a small tunnel, you will find a roundabout where you have to take the third exit towards Cala Galdana (Me-22)

2. After a few kilometres, past the Truvi garden centre, you will find an entrance on the left hand side, at the Binicalsitx district, entrance Son Triay Nou.

3. Continue along the road until you reach Villa Renate, where you will be greeted by typical and beautiful Menorcan barriers.



From the Port of Ciutadella (25min)

1. Take the Carretera General (Me-1) towards Ferreries, at this village you will find a roundabout where you have to take the second exit towards Cala Galdana (Me-22)



2. Follow the previous points 2, 3 and 4.
