The magnificent view of the Llevant mountains and the gentle floods at Cala Mesquida characterise the location.
The outdoor area of the two-storey villa in the east of the island near Capdepera and Cala Ratjada also impresses with its green versatility.
As there are fewer neighbours, the entire property is wonderfully private, allowing you to enjoy the luxuriously landscaped property with its tiled outdoor pool, sun terrace, lounge and loungers as well as the completely secluded whirlpool in peace and quiet.
