The south-facing Villa Bendinat 10 offers plenty of sunshine and a breathtaking view of the bay of Palma.
As soon as you enter the driveway, you will notice the generous furnishings on all levels. The first floor can be reached via a lift in the garage or an external staircase.
A large, covered balcony terrace offers marvellous views over the pool and the Mediterranean, ideal for al fresco dining with a mobile barbecue.
The raised pool terrace, adorned with sun loungers and shaded by palm trees, emphasises the Mediterranean charm of the villa. The main living area on the first floor has a light-flooded, open-plan living and dining room with floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors leading to the balcony terrace.
The modern kitchen is well equipped and has its own exit to the terrace.
