Description of the accommodation

The garden of this unique house conceals a refreshing freshwater pool measuring 8 x 3 metres and with a depth of 0.90 to 1.80 metres. It is kept clean with chlorine. On the pool terrace you can choose one of the 8 sun loungers to lie in the sun or relax in the shade of these historic walls. There is a mobile barbecue to prepare delicious grilled meat and vegetables. A table and chairs are available for outdoor dining. The property is fenced and has direct neighbours.

The 2-storey house has retained many details, such as the stone walls and vaulted ceilings of the old mill construction. On the ground floor you will find the kitchen, with ceramic hob and all the important utensils, the dining room; a bedroom with double bed and air conditioning; and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor you will find the beautiful living room with air conditioning and satellite TV; a further 3 bedrooms, two with two single beds each - one with air conditioning - and one with a double bed and air conditioning; and two further shower rooms. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair. In addition, the house is equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The house is located in the village of Sineu, very central on the island. In the village you will find all services for basic needs. Every Wednesday there is a weekly market in the village and you have the opportunity to stock up on local produce and fresh food. You should not miss a visit to the beautiful parish church. The nearest beach is Playa de Muro, around 20 kilometres away. Here you can enjoy water sports or eat a delicious paella in one of the beach bars. Any additional costs must be requested from the provider. Pets are not allowed. Parties or similar events are not permitted.
