Stay at Sa Creu Vella Ses Ancores and you'll know you've made the right choice: The Mediterranean country villa on the edge of the Capdepera golf course is perfect for people who want to spend their holiday surrounded by greenery yet in a quiet I love having shops, cafés, the sea and attractive beaches nearby. Park your hire car ready to drive in the gravel car park in front of the impressive entrance. Take a look at the pictures and look forward to the cosy lounge area on the terrace or the loungers by the pool - the long table is already set for eight people. How about a refreshing draught beer next to the smoking barbecue or a stroll across the 21,000 m² estate with a view of the sky and the surrounding mountains? You might even be tempted to walk up the gently sloping ridge behind the rural villa to catch a glimpse of the glittering sea in the distance
From the entrance area, guests enter directly into the inviting lounge with its rustic, cosy charm. In the fireplace room, you can decide whether you want to cosy up in front of the extra-large TV or simply watch the crackling flames. Here you will also find a long table, perfect for dining indoors when dark clouds form over the rural villa. If you open the three French doors to the terrace and garden, you still have the feeling of dining outside. The comfortable fitted kitchen, equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and a flat-screen TV, offers the same bright atmosphere and invites you to enjoy a quick breakfast or snack. On the ground floor there is also a guest room with two single beds and a modern shower room. Upstairs there are three double bedrooms with air conditioning. An en-suite bathroom with shower tray and a walk-in wardrobe offer even more comfort and privacy for a group of family members or friends. The balcony, on the other hand, is accessible from the hallway so that everyone can enjoy the sunny view of the sea. Experience sunny times between Artà and Capdepera: from the rustic, cosy finca Sa Creu Vella Ses Ancores, located near a renowned golf course. Enjoy the excellent location, very close to two towns with shopping facilities, cafés and restaurants as well as the beaches around the lively Cala Ratjada. From Betlem you can reach the hiking trails as well as other family-friendly beaches and magical sporting opportunities for surfers in the bay of Alcúdia in approx. 30 minutes.
