Son Paulo is a Majorcan style country house located in Búger.
It has a beautiful terrace where you will find the charming 5m x 3m swimming pool where you can cool off on hot summer days.
You will also find a table for 6 people where you can enjoy your meals cooked on the barbecue offered by this house, surrounded by nature and tranquillity.
And you will also find another area with sofas and armchairs where you can relax while reading a book or having a drink with the other guests.
You will see that the interior preserves the rustic Mallorcan style, but without going back in time.
On the ground floor you have the cosy and bright lounge where you can sit and watch whatever you fancy on Netflix, or other apps (no satellite TV or aerial).
The lounge, connects directly to the dining room and on the other side connects to the spacious kitchen, where you will find all kinds of facilities for your meals.
On the ground floor there is also a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
The whole ground floor has underfloor heating for cold winter days.
Going up to the first floor you will find the rest of the double bedrooms and the other bathroom with shower.
The bedrooms on the first floor have air conditioning.
Just 20 minutes drive from the stunning Alcudia beach, with its crystal clear waters and miles of white sand.

For this reason, the published price for 2025 already includes a special discount. By booking the property in this period, the guest accepts that it will not be possible to cancel the stay on arrival or claim additional financial compensation related to the noise caused by the works.
The works are only in 2025. From 2026 onwards the property will be offered again without any such incidence.
