As soon as you arrive, you will be enchanted by the charm and elegance of Villa Marimont. The Mediterranean-style villa is picturesquely situated on a gentle hill, with the Tramuntana mountains in the distance, the intense sparkle of the blue sea in the foreground and the massif of the Serra de Llevant in the middle of the nature reserve in the background of the property. You will immediately fall in love with the picturesque, very well-kept garden and its gracefully designed nooks and crannies. There are little surprises everywhere: a hammock in the shade here, a table decorated with mosaics or a brick bench there. In addition to the lush green of the trees and plants, bright shades of light blue and white and the calming beige of the natural stone dominate. The pool right next to the house offers complete privacy, and high-quality sun loungers invite you to relax. A pool house with lounge offers a retreat from the summer sun and can also be used in the rain or on cooler days thanks to an extendable protective cover. The stylish lounge furniture on the shady, covered outdoor terrace makes for wonderful evenings spent barbecuing. The real charm of this property lies in the versatile outdoor area, which is atmospherically lit in the evening. In the summer months, you can stay outside until the late hours of the morning, for example in the covered dining area or in the illuminated lounge of the pool house. Guests also appreciate the shady spot under the pergola with hammock.
Villa Marimont is lovingly and tastefully furnished and gives the impression of being well looked after. The entrance on the ground floor leads directly into the bright, warm and cosy living room. Naturally, a flat-screen TV with satellite connection is at your disposal. The open-plan, directly adjoining dining area with a view of the terrace is furnished with a glass table and can comfortably seat six people. A second large table on the covered terrace is also ideal for spending quality time with family and friends. Next to the dining room is a fully equipped Mediterranean-style kitchen. This floor also houses the two bright and comfortable double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower/bathtub combination, WC and bidet. A mosaic-covered staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is another double bedroom with a view of the roof terrace and the sea, a double bedroom with access to the roof terrace and the second, modern bathroom with shower, WC and bidet. Spacious wardrobes in each room offer plenty of storage space for your luggage. A large roof terrace offers you a marvellous view of the surrounding area. You can sunbathe on two comfortable deckchairs and enjoy the spectacular sunsets or the clear starry sky.
Villa Marimont is situated on a picturesque plot of 1,600 m² in the small village of Betlem on the north coast of Mallorca. The sea is around 300 metres away, and although Betlem has only a few inhabitants, there is a supermarket and two nice restaurants. Between Betlem and Cap Ferrutx, nestled in a nature reserve, there are several beautiful little bays. The marvellous beaches of Platja Colònia de Sant Pere and Son Serra de Marina are less than 8 km away. Welcome to the perfect place for nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet.
