A glance at the specifications in our brief property description will give you an impression of the exclusivity of the breathtaking Can Casta town villa with its apple-green blinds, located in the centre of a typical Mallorcan small town with a medieval character. The U-shaped layout of the three buildings reflects their spaciousness and sense of privacy. A magnificent garden, filled with lush, flowering vegetation, small palm trees, trees and a bright lemon tree as well as lawns and terraces, surrounds the various residential units and makes this green oasis something special. The refreshing pool is located in the centre of the courtyard. The sun loungers are ideally placed on the shady lawn, but you can also enjoy the sun on one of the numerous deckchairs on the paved recreational areas. There are also numerous other seating options on the property and in the buildings: Pretty (roof) terraces, sunny balconies, loggias and dreamy alcoves with tables and benches offer plenty of space to relax. Whether you are looking for a quiet place to relax in the beautiful countryside or a central location in the middle of a stunning small town with all amenities just a short walk away, this place has it all: a wonderful compromise between a holiday in the countryside and all the benefits of a city. Each unit has two very spacious bedrooms on different levels with trendy en-suite bathrooms finished in beautiful natural stone. All six resting places have access to either one of the terraces or a sunny balcony - it's hard to imagine anything better. Or maybe you can? Because the communal areas in the main house are simply phenomenal. White style meets cottage charm - this great mix results in a style that fits perfectly with a classic Mallorcan country house, is extremely comfortable and at the same time absolutely tasteful and at the same time stands for high-quality exclusivity. In addition to the living room and the two dining rooms, there is also a conservatory in the main building, which offers a wonderful view of the garden and the pool area. Large windows flood the partially unrendered stone walls with pleasant light. The room on the first floor of the main house with a separate guest bathroom offers space for a relaxed yoga session, which can of course also take place outside in the garden. This place offers you time: time for socialising in pleasant surroundings, time for yourself and time to relax. Just take a deep breath and enjoy your time out - your daily routine is entirely up to you.

The beautifully renovated townhouse Can Casta with its lovely garden, pleasant neighbourhood and plenty of space for privacy is located in the centre of the medieval town of Petra. The farmers' market, which takes place on Wednesdays in Placa Ramon Llull, is just a few minutes' walk away, as are the other shopping facilities. It is an ideal location for numerous activities such as visits to other towns, hiking tours and visits to the most beautiful sandy beaches in the bay of Alcúdia.
Please note that this property does not accept youth groups or stag and hen parties. A youth group at this property consists of people aged 24 years or younger. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or stag party as your booking will be refused after booking, which may also be on arrival at the property or during your stay, and you will not receive a refund.
