Cristina Cladera Crespi is a name you should definitely remember when booking your next holiday. If you finally want to fulfil your dream of a house by the sea without giving up the advantages of urban living, you've come to the right place. You may share the exceptionally attractive location with your neighbours, but the phenomenal views will quickly make you forget this. The modern sea view villa with cubic architecture is largely orientated towards the sea and surrounded by pine trees. This means you can enjoy uninterrupted views of the sandy beach and the Mediterranean from the outdoor area. The sun loungers are positioned above the dune grass and create the feeling of a private beach club. Only a gate separates you from the sandy beach, to which you have private access. This is particularly nice if you are travelling with children, who have access to the sunbathing area and play equipment to let off steam. Speaking of relaxation, you can find it at any time of day on the spacious, covered terrace with a cosy yet chilled lounge area and a comfortable dining area, which is complemented by a barbecue.
The numerous floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors allow the outside to merge with the inside. On the one hand, this particularly benefits the aesthetics of a white-style interior that emphasises the modern zeitgeist. On the other hand, it is also very practical in everyday life. The classic, bright and friendly living area has a further dining area. The hallway leads to the fully equipped kitchen - this pleasantly open-plan concept also allows for visual separation. As the kitchen also provides direct access to the shaded veranda, the deliberate choice of self-catering is a great project for friends and family to enjoy. With three bedrooms spread over two levels, you have a summer paradise in any configuration, which also attracts with favourable prices and a heated room, especially in the low season. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with an attractively designed bathroom with a walk-in shower. A seemingly floating staircase leads to the next floor. The dressing room and en-suite bathroom lead to the third bedroom. If you're not convinced yet, you may just have to go there yourself.
Sea views are the highlight of the modern Cristina Cladera Crespi urban villa, which combines urban flair with private access to the beach and sea. The family-friendly home is situated in a popular location on the bay of Alcúdia in the coastal resort of Playa de Muro. You benefit from short distances for your daily shopping, as shops and the market are also within walking distance. At the same time, you have the beach on your doorstep, which is perfect for long walks and refreshing swims.
