On the huge plot there is an approx. 2500 square metre large and well-kept garden with native plants and trees at your free disposal. Outside there is a 10 x 5 metre pool with an outdoor shower and sun loungers for relaxing as well as a siesta bed and an outdoor toilet. In front of the casita is an authentic dining area with an awning for cosy get-togethers. Free parking spaces are available on the property.
There is also a main house on the same plot, which is very rarely occupied during your well-deserved holiday and you can therefore use the entire property on your own. Furthermore, this holiday casita has its own entrance gate, which is video-monitored for your security, but does not affect your privacy. The distance to the beach is only 800 m and can therefore be reached on foot or by car in just a few minutes.

This holiday finca will give you as a guest a feeling of rest and relaxation. Of course, you will be looked after on site in German, English or Spanish.
