Welcome to the rural villa Ca Na Conceda, a beautiful Mallorcan holiday home in a magnificent natural setting against a mountain backdrop. Within sight of Alcúdia, you are surrounded by the diversity of Mallorcan nature in this cheerful rural villa. In the extensive garden you will find a rich variety of Mediterranean plants in a subtropical climate that characterises this location, situated on a peninsula between the bays of Pollença and Alcúdia. You can swim in the sea or privately in the skin-friendly pool and then take a break on the relaxation loungers. The covered outdoor kitchen with fridge and bar also offers pure holiday feeling. There are also other fantastic seating areas near the pool and bar. From there, you can watch the younger guests playing on the lawn with football goals. Children also love the small zoo, which consists of rabbits and chickens. You are welcome to pick up your breakfast eggs in the morning when you visit the animals. In the evenings, you can also enjoy the panorama of this spectacularly beautiful region of Mallorca from the integrated roof terrace with lounge furniture on the upper floor, which offers you everything from the mountains to the city and the sea.

Es war ein wunderschönes Erlebnis. Zur Begrüssung war alles wichtige schon im Haus. Milch,Obst,Wasser usw. Sogar für unsere Hunde war gesorgt. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mir fehlen die Worte so schön war es. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Dankeschön

Sehr schöne und top gepflegte Finca. Herzliche Begrüssung mit Kuchen, Obst, Wasser, Saft und Milch. Eva und Miguel waren über WhatsApp erreichbar, perfekt. Die Finca ist sehr zu empfehlen.
