The predominant colours of the property are a white with Ibizan flair, the lush green of the grass, palm trees and tall pines and the endless blue of the sky. This colour scheme also seems to be repeated in the private pool, which is set with mosaic stones. With its graduated depth, it offers a very shallow area that is also ideal for swimming with small children. The architecture of the cube-shaped building with its straight lines is very purist and modern and is playfully accentuated by elements of the Moorish architectural style consisting of columns, capitals and arched windows.
