Fully equipped holiday flat for up to 4 guests in Cala Mesquida, Mallorca East. Ideal for a beach holiday, but without giving up access to a communal pool.



Cala Mesquida is a beautiful sandy cove in the east of Mallorca. During the season, sunbeds and umbrellas can be rented on the beach and there is a beach bar. During the winter season, it is the ideal spot for excursions in the mountains of the Llevant, e.g. to the mountain of Son Jaumell. In the surrounding area there are many beautiful beaches to explore by car, such as Cala Torta, Cala Agulla or Sa Font de Sa Cala. In Cala Ratjada, about 10 minutes by car, you will find a wide range of supermarkets, restaurants and leisure activities. A car is recommended.



The community pool, of a generous 60 m2, is an ideal place to cool off and enjoy the warm Mediterranean climate. With its chlorinated water and a depth ranging from 1 to 3.5 metres, both adults and children can enjoy themselves to their heart's content. The sun loungers around the pool offer a perfect space for sunbathing and relaxing after a day exploring the island.



The flat itself features a cosy private terrace of approximately 25 square metres, equipped with a table and chairs for outdoor dining. From here, you can enjoy panoramic views of the neighbourhood and, in the distance, the sparkling Mediterranean Sea. Inside, the flat is designed to offer you comfort and functionality. The bright living-dining room is the perfect place for family get-togethers, with a satellite TV to keep you entertained and WiFi to keep you connected. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hobs, coffee maker, dishwasher and filter coffee machine, allowing you to prepare delicious home-cooked meals with ease, and to ensure your comfort during your stay, the flat is air-conditioned in the living room and hallway, providing a respite from the summer heat. In addition, on request, a cot and highchair can be provided for the youngest members of the family. There are 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and one with 2 single beds. For added convenience, you will also find a washing machine and ironing board, ensuring you can keep your clothes fresh and ready for your next adventures on the island.

As required by law, we have to ask for copies of ID cards or passports for all guests over 16 years of age. We will send you a link before arrival to register.



In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for each guest over 16 years of age. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season (May to October) and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season (November to April). From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half (during high season).



The deposit will be held by credit card and the client will have to provide his details via a secure payment link. It will be returned within 7 days after departure.
