Ideal for a beach holiday, but without giving up access to a communal pool.
Cala Mesquida is a beautiful sandy cove in the east of Mallorca.
During the season, sun loungers and umbrellas can be rented on the beach, and there is a beach bar.
During the winter season, it is the ideal spot for excursions in the Llevant mountains, e.g., to Mount Son Jaumell.
Around, you will find many dreamlike beaches to explore by car, such as Cala Torta, Cala Agulla, or Sa Font de Sa Cala.
In Cala Ratjada, about a 10-minute drive away, you will find a wide range of supermarkets, restaurants, and entertainment.
A car is recommended.
The communal pool, a generous size of approximately 60 m2, is an ideal place to cool off and enjoy the warm Mediterranean climate.
With its chlorine-treated water and a depth ranging from 1 to 3.5 meters, both adults and children can have fun to their heart's content.
The sun loungers around the pool offer a perfect space for sunbathing and relaxing after a day of exploring the island.
The apartment itself features a cozy private terrace of approximately 25 square meters, equipped with a table and chairs for al fresco dining.
From here, you can enjoy panoramic views of the neighborhood and, in the distance, the shimmering Mediterranean Sea.
Inside, the apartment is designed to offer comfort and functionality.
The bright living-dining room is the perfect place to gather with family, with a satellite TV for entertainment and WiFi connection to keep you connected.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, coffee machine, dishwasher, and filter coffee maker, allowing you to prepare delicious home-cooked meals with ease.
To ensure your comfort during your stay, the apartment has air conditioning in the living room and hallway, providing a respite from the summer heat.
Additionally, upon request, a crib and high chair can be provided for the little ones in the family.
There are 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and one with 2 single beds.
For added convenience, you will also find a washing machine and an iron with an ironing board, ensuring you can keep your clothes fresh and ready for your next island adventures.
Please note: As required by law, we must request copies of the ID cards or passports of all guests over 16 years of age.

On the Balearic Islands, there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which must be paid by each guest aged 16 and over.
The amount is EUR 2.2 per night per person in high season (May to October) and EUR 0.55 per night per person in low season (November to April).
From the ninth night onwards, this amount is halved (during high season).
The security deposit will be held via credit card, and the client will need to provide their details through a secure payment link.
It will be refunded within 7 days after departure.
IMPORTANT Our office hours are Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm.
Emergencies are 24 hours (calls only - option 2).

Mooi terras,
We misten onthaal.een hartelijk welkom, woordje uitleg. De mailings op voorhand konden klantvriendelijker. Dat kan ook met een infomapje.Hoe wordt de afval gesorteerd? Waar is een reserve vuilzak.Hoe werkt de ( supergrote) Tv. Hoe werkt de wasmachine? Een blokje voor de vaatwasser de eerste dag.Wat weinig kleine lepels.

Wir waren meine Schwester im Urlaub besuchen, die dort Ihren 40. Geburtstag gefeiert hat. Meine Frau und ich haben mit meinen Eltern in der Wohnung gewohnt. Der Strand ist nur ein paar Treppenstufen entfernt. von der Terrasse hat man sogar Meerblick
