In our beach villa "Can Catlar" you get exactly that. For many, the beach of Muro is still one of the most beautiful on the island. Fine white sand near the nature park S'Albufera. The beach leads you to the sea little by little, up to the "swimming depth" you have to walk quite a long way (ideal for families with children) Just around the corner is our favourite Beach Club "Royal Beach". Here you can enjoy excellent cuisine, delicious mojitos, modern presentations, live music and all with a panoramic view of the sea. Playas de Muro has also become a bit more stylish and modern than before. Everything is within walking distance, many restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, leisure activities, etc.

Ideal for all surfers, kiters, sailors and water ratites, because you can rent all water sports equipment in a surf school next door.

The 1.150 m² outdoor area is completely fenced and created with typical Mediterranean vegetation and thus offers you a totally private idyllic green. The outdoor area is designed with lots of lawn, which your children will love to play and explore. The beach is only 20 meters away and is an absolute advantage for families with children. So there is no need to make a long journey with all the beach equipment. For those who prefer to relax in the garden, the comfortable sun loungers or the chill-out area will be perfect. The barbecue area is very spacious and is equipped with its own kitchen. The integrated stone benches and the large wooden table provide space for the whole travel group. There are also other possibilities to eat outside, for example under another covered terrace or directly in the garden under the parasol. The outdoor area is rather reminiscent of a large park, with all its benches, lights and stone paths leading through the garden. When coming back from the beach you can use a full bathroom and two shower rooms, so as not to dirty the house with beach sand.



The modern house in Ibicencan style has 170m² of living space. The elegant kitchen is decorated in minimalist white tones and has direct access to the furnished terrace. A large kitchen island and plenty of preparation space offer comfort and convenience when cooking. In the meantime, you can enjoy a glass of good wine at the bar. All electrical appliances are available and ready to use. Behind the kitchen bar there is an open dining room with fireplace, separated by a round arch from the living room. The living room is equipped with comfortable upholstered furniture and satellite TV. Large sliding glass doors let in plenty of natural light and provide direct access to another furnished terrace. The sleeping area is suitable for 8 persons and is divided into 4 large double bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 single beds, 1 trundle bed). The 2 double bedrooms have their own private bathroom. The third bathroom is shared here. All rooms have integrated air conditioning and fitted wardrobes. In addition, each room is equipped with its own desk. A great advantage, for those who need to work, who write postcards or for our little guests, who would like to paint a souvenir of their holiday.
