While you live in the UNESCO World Heritage area, you are also the neighbor of Michael Douglas in a private and exclusive residential area. The highlight of the house is undoubtedly the exceptional view, partly extending to Barcelona. Added to this is the private hiking trail to the stone bay from the house.

The nearest sandy beach (Son Bunyola) is 17.7 km away, the stone beach Cala Deia is 10 km away.

The airport can be reached in 30.2 km. If you wish to stock up on some groceries, you will find the nearest supermarket just 3.8 km away.

For dinner, visit the nearby restaurant Can Costa or try one of the famous "Coca de patata" at the well-known bakery in Valldemossa. The plot is surrounded by cacti, pine trees, and olive trees and is fully fenced with a typical log fence.
