Located on the second floor and accessible via an external staircase, this apartment offers you a dreamlike view over the harbor, the sea, the typical Mallorcan landscape, and the Tramuntana mountains. The apartment impresses with its open-concept design: Enter the spacious living and dining area and discover the adjoining, approximately 25 m² sun terrace – fully equipped with a dining table, sun loungers, and an umbrella.
As a special extra, the apartment features a second terrace, about 15 m² in size, which presents itself as a quiet refuge surrounded by lush vegetation.
Both terraces are connected and offer diverse opportunities for relaxation. The fully equipped, open-plan kitchen flows seamlessly into the living area.
In the rear part of the apartment, a cozy double bedroom and a modern shower room await you.
A shared laundry room with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee) is available to all guests. The complex's amenities include a communal pool with a sun terrace, which is accessible via stairs.

Port de Sóller is a beautiful, sheltered bay in the east of the island, right by the Tramuntana mountain range. The town has a lovely beach with an adjoining promenade and numerous shops, restaurants, and cafes, almost all offering fantastic views of the bay in front. Port de Sóller is a good starting point for hikers and for various excursions by sea and land.

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, besonders die große Terrasse mit dem schönen Blick auf die Bucht. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Auch der Empfang vor Ort war sehr freundlich und es hat alles reibungslos geklappt, von der Buchung bis zum Aufenthalt.
