The apartment impresses with its open concept: enter the spacious living and dining area and discover the adjoining, approximately 25 m² sun terrace – fully equipped with a dining table, sun loungers, and umbrella.
As a special extra, the apartment features a second terrace, approximately 15 m² in size, which presents itself as a quiet refuge surrounded by lush vegetation.
Both terraces are connected and offer diverse opportunities for relaxation.
The fully equipped, open kitchen flows seamlessly into the living area.
In the rear part of the apartment, a cozy double bedroom and a modern shower room await you. A shared laundry room with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee) is available to all guests.

* A surcharge of 50 Euros will be charged for check-in/check-out between 10 PM and 7 AM, as well as on December 24th (after 5 PM), December 31st (after 5 PM), and January 1st (before 11 AM).
* Payment terms: Deposit by bank transfer, balance & security deposit in cash upon check-in.
