The absolute highlight: a breathtaking, direct view of the picturesque bay that accompanies you from the moment you enter the apartment via the terrace. The heart of this holiday oasis is the approximately 70 m² partially covered sun terrace.
With its diverse seating areas, it invites you to relax, sunbathe, and enjoy social gatherings, and always offers a shady spot even on hot days.
Large French doors lead directly from the terrace area into the open-plan living and dining area with an adjoining modern kitchen. The apartment offers space for two people in a spacious double bedroom and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Upon request, an additional person can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the living area (for an additional charge).
The magnificent sea view accompanies you from almost every room. Just a few steps from your terrace, you'll find the spacious communal pool of the complex with an adjacent restaurant, as well as direct access to the sea via further stone terraces, which are also available to guests. The excellent location leaves nothing to be desired: the sandy beaches of Paguera and the charming bathing cove of Cala Fornells are just a 5-10 minute walk away, as is the lively promenade of Paguera with its multitude of shops and restaurants. Included in the unique ancillary costs/service fee: Linen packages (maximum 2) for all bedrooms (towels, bed linen), final cleaning, check-in/check-out, local contact person, water, electricity, tourist tax. * For stays longer than 14 nights, an intermediate cleaning is required.
This costs 75 Euros (3 hours) and will be automatically calculated. * Arrival and departure possible on any day of the week. * A surcharge of 50 Euros applies for check-in/check-out between 10 PM and 7 AM, as well as on December 24th (after 5 PM), December 31st (after 5 PM), and January 1st (before 11 AM). * Payment terms: Deposit by bank transfer, balance & security deposit in cash upon check-in.

Cala Fornells is a quiet location directly adjacent to Paguera. The town center and beaches of Paguera are ideally reachable on foot and offer everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Along the promenade, you will find numerous shops, boutiques, as well as restaurants and cafes serving international and local cuisine. You will also find many nice cafes and restaurants with views of the sea and the beach in front along the various beach promenades. Cala Fornells itself has a small beach cove with rather coarse gravel, which is also well-suited for swimming. A little further along, you will also find space for sunbathing on large stone terraces. Through a small wooded area, you can reach other beautiful gravel coves with wonderfully clear water.

Die Wohnung liegt auf einem Felsen direkt am Meer und bietet einen fantastischen Rundumblick. Auf der riesigen Terrasse mit 2 Sitzecken lässt sich bei Meeresrauschen die Sonne genießen. Leckere Restaurants liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.
