Modern Mediterranean Apartment with Sea View
Welcome to this vacation apartment, lavishly renovated in 2023, which combines Mediterranean flair with contemporary comfort.
From the spacious, partially covered terrace and almost all rooms, you can enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the open sea and the picturesque bay of Cala Fornells. Enter a bright, open-plan living and dining area that transitions harmoniously into the modern kitchen with its characteristic counter.
Large sliding doors lead you to your approximately 22 m² sun terrace – your private retreat for relaxed hours. A special highlight is the modernly designed, semi-open shower room with its floor-to-ceiling shower, which receives plenty of natural light through a cleverly placed glass panel and underscores the modern living comfort.
In the cozy bedroom with a double bed, you will be greeted in the morning by a charming sea view over the roofs of the complex. The entire complex facilities are within easy walking distance: Enjoy a refreshing dip in the communal pool, flanked by a restaurant with breathtaking sea views, or use the direct sea access and the spacious stone terraces of the complex.
The excellent on-site infrastructure also includes two further restaurants and a well-stocked grocery store for spontaneous needs (closed November to March). Cala Fornells is a quiet place directly adjacent to Paguera. The town center and beaches of Paguera are ideally reachable on foot and offer everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Along the promenade, you will find numerous shops, boutiques, as well as restaurants and cafés with international and local cuisine. You will also find many nice cafés and restaurants on the various beach promenades, offering views of the sea and the beach in front. Cala Fornells itself has a small beach cove with rather coarse gravel, which is also well-suited for swimming. A short distance away, you will also find space for sunbathing on large stone terraces. Through a small wooded area, you can reach further beautiful gravel coves with wonderfully clear water.
