Located just a stone's throw from the sea, the apartment impresses with a bright, cozy living-dining area with an open kitchen and two double bedrooms for up to four people – one of them with a direct sea view.

Both bedrooms share a shower room. The approximately 15 m² partially covered sun terrace offers not only shade on hot days but also a spectacular view of the open sea.

The apartment is accessible via a separate entrance with its own small hallway. You can conveniently reach all the amenities of the complex on foot: enjoy a refreshing dip in the sea via the complex's direct sea access or in the communal pool, which is flanked by a restaurant with a breathtaking sea view.

The excellent on-site infrastructure also includes two other restaurants and a well-stocked grocery store for spontaneous needs (closed from November to March). The ideal location continues in the surrounding area: the beautiful sandy beaches of Paguera as well as the intimate pebble cove of Cala Fornells are within pleasant walking distance, as is the lively town center with its diverse gastronomic and shopping mile. This costs 75 Euros (3 hours) and will be automatically charged. * Arrival and departure are possible every day of the week. * For check-in/check-out between 10 PM and 7 AM, as well as on December 24th (after 5 PM), December 31st (after 5 PM), and January 1st (before 11 AM), an additional fee of 50 Euros will apply. Payment terms: Deposit by bank transfer, remaining balance & security deposit in cash upon check-in.
