You can also enjoy this fascinating view from the living area and the fully equipped, open-plan kitchen, which invites culinary moments against a picturesque backdrop and transitions into the open dining area.
A charming, second double bedroom, accessible via stairs, as well as another guest bathroom with a shower and a practical washer-dryer complete the offering. Air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures year-round, providing welcome coolness in the summer and warmth in the winter. But the heart of this property is its generous terrace – a natural extension of the living space under the Mallorcan sky.
Here you will spend unforgettable moments: enjoying breakfast with the sunrise, relaxing hours with a good book, or watching spectacular sunsets, always with the sound of the waves and the sea in your ears. From your accommodation, you are just a few steps away from all amenities: direct access leads you to the refreshing waters of the Mediterranean, while the complex's communal pool with its adjacent restaurant invites you to linger with panoramic views.
The infrastructure is rounded off by two further dining establishments and a well-stocked mini-market for spontaneous shopping, which is seasonally closed from November to March. The most charming places in the surrounding area are also easily accessible: the golden sandy beaches of Paguera and the enchanting rocky cove of Cala Fornells are within pleasant walking distance, as is the lively town center with its diverse restaurant and shopping scene. Cala Fornells is a quiet location directly adjacent to Paguera. The town center and beaches of Paguera are ideally reachable on foot and offer everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Along the promenade, you will find numerous shops, boutiques, as well as restaurants and cafes serving international and local cuisine. You will also find many nice cafes and restaurants with views of the sea and the beach in front along the various beach promenades. Cala Fornells itself has a small beach cove with rather coarse gravel, which is also well-suited for swimming. A little further along, you will also find space for sunbathing on large stone terraces. Through a small wooded area, you can reach other beautiful gravel coves with wonderfully clear water.

wir hatten ein paar traumhafte Tage in der schönen Wohnung. Die Aussicht läßt wirklich keine Wünsche offen und auch die Ausstattung war top. Besten Dank an dieser Stelle für Ihre Empfehlung. Von Anfang bs Ende hat alles wunderbar geklappt - nette Vorabbetreuung durch Mallorcahome bis zum freundlichen Empfang vor Ort durch Herrn Passmann. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dieser wirklich gut ausgestatten Wohnung. Die Aussicht auf die Bucht ist fantastisch. Von der Buchung bis zur Abwicklung vor Ort lief alles reibungslos. Wir kommen definitiv wieder und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt in dieser schönen Wohnung.
