Continuing on, a cozy living room awaits guests with a warm wood-burning stove, satellite TV, and comfortable seating, including a two-seater sofa and two comfortable armchairs. The house has two bedrooms, one with two single beds and direct access to the terrace, equipped with a dresser for storing clothes.
The second bedroom features a double bed, terrace access, and a practical built-in wardrobe.
The full bathroom offers a bathtub and a hairdryer, while the presence of a washing machine and ironing board adds convenience to your stay.
For those traveling with young children, the house has a crib and high chair available upon request.
Additionally, ample parking space for two cars is available outside the finca.
A car is necessary, and we recommend a vehicle with high ground clearance. Please note: ETV/8314 In the Balearic Islands, there is a tourist tax, known as the Ecotasa, which must be paid by each guest aged 16 and over.
The amount is EUR 2.2 per night per person during high season and EUR 0.55 per night per person during low season.
From the ninth night onwards, this amount is halved.
The Ecotasa will be charged before arrival via a secure payment link using a Visa/MasterCard.
This payment is mandatory. Important: As required by law, we must request copies of the identity cards or passports of all guests over 16 years of age. This information is sent via email. The security deposit will be held via credit card, and the client will need to provide their details through a secure payment link.
