This charming finca-style house, accommodating 4 guests with a private pool and nature views, promises to be a second home on the beautiful island of Mallorca.
Outside, guests are welcomed by the private pool, which harmoniously blends with the surrounding countryside views and green hills.
The environment is completed by a lush artificial lawn, perfect for relaxing in the sun loungers while enjoying the warm Mediterranean sun.
The spacious terrace, adorned with a majestic centuries-old olive tree, invites guests to relax and enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings.
The natural stone facade of the house adds a touch of authenticity and character to the property.
Inside, the house dazzles with rooms flooded with natural light, creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere.
Upon entering, you'll find a rustic kitchen equipped with all the necessary items to prepare delicious meals, including an Italian coffee maker, refrigerator, gas hob, oven, and kitchen utensils.
The dining area, with its stone walls, provides a charming space to share unforgettable culinary moments.
Continuing on, a cozy living room awaits guests with a warm wood-burning stove, satellite television, and comfortable seating, including a two-seater sofa and two comfortable armchairs.
The house features two bedrooms, one with two single beds and direct access to the terrace, equipped with a chest of drawers for clothing storage.
The second bedroom has a double bed, terrace access, and a practical built-in wardrobe.
The full bathroom offers a bathtub and a hairdryer, while the presence of a washing machine and ironing board adds convenience to your stay.
For those traveling with young children, a crib and high chair are available upon request.
Additionally, ample parking space for two cars is provided outside the finca.
A car is necessary, and we recommend a vehicle with good ground clearance.
Please note: ETV/8314 On the Balearic Islands, there is a tourist tax, known as the Ecotasa, which must be paid by each guest aged 16 and over.
The amount is €2.2 per night per person in high season and €0.55 per night per person in low season.
From the ninth night onwards, this amount is halved.
The Ecotasa will be charged before arrival via a secure payment link using Visa/MasterCard.
This payment is mandatory.
Important: As required by law, we must request copies of the DNI or passports of all guests over 16 years of age.
This information will be sent via email.
The security deposit will be held via credit card, and the client will need to provide their details through a secure payment link.
It will be refunded within 7 days after departure.

Emergencies are available 24 hours (calls only - opt 2).
