This beautiful villa is located in the best spot of the city of Inca, in a very quiet area, close to the monastery of Sant Bartomeu.
Villa "el Olivo" located in the heart of Mallorca will give you a lot of freedom, if you like to move around the island you will be able to do it from here. Regardless of whether you like the beach or the mountains.

At the side of the pool you will find an outdoor bathroom and a barbecue perfect for tasting fresh market produce. On the side of the property there is a wonderful terrace with incredible views towards the most beautiful mountains of Mallorca.
The interior of the property will surprise you, the kitchen space is combined with a small living room, everything is designed and equipped so that you do not lack anything, coffee maker, microwave, dishes, cutlery, toaster and many more small details.
As you enter the living room you will find a small space to work with a wifi router that reaches the whole house and a large table for family gatherings. In the next room, there is a comfortable beige sofa where you can relax and watch your best series or movies on the flat screen.
From the bedrooms you will be able to appreciate the great view of the mountains. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a bed and one of the bathrooms. On the upper floor you will find three more bedrooms. One of them is en suite. The bathrooms are equipped to make your holiday comfortable and complete.

The electricity in this house will be charged separately according to the actual consumption and the meter reading on departure. Electricity consumption will be deducted from the deposit (0,30 Euro / kWh).
