Maria de la Salut is a lovely and authentic village, a 20-minute drive from the sandy beaches of Can Picafort and Puerto de Alcúdia.
In the village center, on the church square, you can participate in daily life, enjoy a beer at the bars, or have some Mallorcan tapas.
You'll find a grocery store and small shops in Maria de la Salut.
Larger supermarkets, more restaurants, and services are located in Inca or Can Picafort.
A car is necessary. With two separate entrances, either through the main door or from the garden, this house offers a unique experience of tranquility and comfort.
The jewel of the property is its spacious terrace, designed for maximum enjoyment of the Mediterranean climate.
It is equipped with a dining area for savoring delicious al fresco meals, a cozy chill-out corner for relaxation, sun loungers for sunbathing, and a parasol providing shade when needed.
The first floor houses a solarium with panoramic views of the majestic Sierra de Tramuntana, creating an exclusive space to admire the natural beauty surrounding the house.
The private chlorine pool is surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers.
Fun and entertainment are guaranteed with a mobile barbecue for outdoor gatherings, an outdoor shower for after a sunny day, an outdoor bathroom for added convenience, and a foosball table for friendly challenges.
The garden adds a green and serene touch to the property. Inside, the house features a fully equipped, separate kitchen.
Equipped with a gas hob, Dolce Gusto and filter coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, and kitchen utensils, the kitchen is the heart of the home for those who enjoy preparing delicious meals.
Additionally, a washing machine, iron, and vacuum cleaner are provided for your convenience.
The cozy living room, with comfortable sofas and fast WiFi, is the perfect place to relax and enjoy moments in good company.
To maintain a pleasant temperature, air conditioning is located in the upstairs hallway.
The house offers four welcoming bedrooms, two with twin beds and two with a double bed each.
Each bedroom has wardrobes for storage and fans to ensure cool and pleasant nights.
The two full bathrooms, equipped with a bathtub or shower, along with an additional toilet, provide convenience for all guests.
For families with young children, a crib and high chair are available upon request. Please note: As required by law, we need to request copies of the ID cards or passports of all guests over 14 years of age.

A tourist tax, called Ecotasa, is levied on the Balearic Islands and must be paid by every adult.
The amount is EUR 2.20 per night per person during high season (May to October) and EUR 0.55 per night per person during low season (November to April).
From the ninth night onwards, this amount is halved (during high season).
Parties/events are not accepted.
The security deposit will be held via credit card, and guests will need to provide their details through a secure payment link.
It will be refunded within 7 days after departure. IMPORTANT: Our office hours are Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
