To maintain a pleasant temperature, air conditioning is located in the hallway on the first floor. The house offers four cozy bedrooms, two with two single beds and two with a double bed each.
Each bedroom has wardrobes for storage and fans to ensure cool and pleasant nights.
The two full bathrooms, equipped with a bathtub or shower, along with an additional toilet, provide convenience for all guests.
For families with small children, a crib and a high chair are available upon request. Please note: As required by law, we must ask for copies of the ID cards or passports of all guests over 14 years of age. We will send you a link before arrival for registration. There is a tourist tax in the Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa, which must be paid by each adult.
The amount is 2.2 EUR per night per person during high season (May to October) and 0.55 EUR per night per person during low season (November to April). From the ninth night onwards, this amount is halved (during high season). Parties/events are not accepted. The security deposit will be held via credit card, and the client will need to provide their details through a secure payment link.
