All bookings include free of charge all mains water consumption, 50€ of electricity consumption per booking and, in the winter season and if the property has it, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by gas oil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh.



This house has air conditioning and central heating in all bedrooms and common areas of the house.



The Sustainable Tourism Tax has a value of 2,20€ per person and per night of stay (10% VAT included). Children under 16 years of age do not pay this tax.




All bed linen, a set of shower towels and beach towels are provided for each guest.



Please note that this villa is in a residential area and the neighbours' peace and quiet must be respected. Please moderate noise to avoid causing a nuisance. For this reason parties and loudspeakers are strictly forbidden.
